Worked well for a month. Then the green dial came off, and it stopped off. The dial was attached by a small spring which was rusted

Pros:1. It’s not expensive .2. You can do a variety of cutting like thick thin slice dice. The thickness selector is good and can cut for french fries and thin slices( see pic for different cuts )3. The seller puts a brush with the product which is very good.4. Vaccum suction and sturdiness is very good .5. You can cut carrots, beetroot, cabbage, potatoes and thin vegetables like beans onions etc.6. It’s useful for people making french fries, avial , noodles etc where u need uniform thickness .Cons:1. Sooo difficult to clean , the other reviews are right about this. Even with the brush.2. So much of the vegetable gets stuck inside the chopper . So if you take one carrot ,almost 1/4th gets wasted .3. Manual strength: you need lots of Shakti to push the piston down . And only if you do it with full strength will you get perfect cuts. It’s easier to do with knife than do all these work.4. It make sense to do all these for vegetables you are cutting in bulk but for one carrot or one potato, washing, cleaning, pushing is too cumbersome.5. The shoot( where u put vegetables) keep falling off while chopping.

The bottom tray can not be placed at the bottom in straight line as shown in the booklet.I do not understand how the various shapes are cut.
